Research Administrator Application Form

This is the Research Administrator membership application within the Geared Research PMA Network. This application is only for medical professionals and practitioners. The Global Commission for the Accreditation of Restorative Medicine will have the role of evaluating and approving all applications for acceptance of Research Administrators into Geared Research Network. Part of this process will be an online interview with a Commission representative. There are three potential outcomes to the evaluation process:

  1. Acceptance
  2. 2-year Probation Status - Additional training and experience is required to move beyond the probationary period. Details will be provided by the Commission representative.
  3. Denied - The Commission representative will outline additional educational requirements before re-application is available. 

Your acceptance (full or probationary) will establish you as a Geared Research Network Research Administrator allowing you to conduct research within the Geared Research Network. You will be authorized to use specific Geared Research products including biologic allografts ministered only through approved procedures, advanced supplements and frequency healing processes as specified by the Commission. All research using approved products and services will be conducted under a Department of Health and Human Services/FDA approved Institutional Research Board (IRB) Certification. All staff members that will assist you in the research process will also need to become private members of the Geared Research PMA. 

An application fee of $75 will be charged as an application processing fee.
